This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how MY STORY BOOK PUBLISHING LLC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the MyStorybook mobile application and any of our products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services").
In order to provide our services, we collect and use certain information related to your use of our mobile application. The types of information we collect are divided into two categories: Information you give us, and Information we get from your use of our Mobile Application:

Information you give us: When using our mobile application, you may provide us with personal information such as your name and email address during the registration process. Additionally, to use the core functionalities of our app, you will provide us with photos. These photos are used by our algorithms to generate a personalized picture, which is then inserted into a video book. The photos provided are stored securely and are only used for the purpose of providing you the service and improving the functionality of the app.b)
Information we get from your use of our Mobile Application: This type of information relates to how you interact with our app and may include device information (such as hardware model and operating system), log information (such as details of how you used our service, IP address, and device event information like crashes), location information (derived from your IP address or other sources), unique application numbers (relating to your installation of the app), and local storage information (containing data stored locally on your device). This information helps us understand how users interact with our app, which assists us in identifying areas of improvement for a better user experience.c)
Please note that the personal photos you upload to our application are processed and stored securely, and are used exclusively for the purpose of providing our service. They will not be shared with any third party, or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.a)
We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your personal information with third parties as specifically approved by you or under the circumstances described below:b)

Model Data: The trained models, which contain derivative data from your photos but not the original photos themselves, are then used to insert faces into the video books. These trained models do not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be used to recreate the original images or to identify individuals.d)
Data Breach Procedures: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we have procedures in place to respond, including notifying you and the relevant authorities where required by law. We are committed to resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.e)
Employee Access: Access to your personal information is limited to a select group of employees who require it to perform their job functions. These employees are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.f)

Acceptance of Changes: If you continue to use our Mobile Application after the revised Privacy Policy has become effective, this means that you have accepted our new Privacy Policy.
